Virgin Active
In 2008 we were selected to produce an in-house web based booking solution for Virgin Active. The web application, hosted on internal servers, allows Virgin to book places on internally run courses.
The training department can manage course schedules, venues, maximum and minimum attendee numbers and much more. While a user can view their curse bookings, ask a senior manage to approve their bookings and provide course feedback. Finally a trainer can view course registers, special requirements and assign pass/fail marks.
This solution was specifically designed to help the training department and relieve administration pressures whilst encouraging sign up by marketing courses internally throughout the company.
