High Point Village
Our first project for Ballymore Properties was the High Point Village website.
As anyone within the construction industry knows a sizeable development requires many agencies to work together in harmony.
We were one agency within a team tasked with promoting the new High Point Village development on the waterside in Hayes. Our assignment was to create a website that would generate enquiries and therefore sales.
With over a 200% increase in traffic week on week and visitors staying on the site for an average of 13 minutes the Highpoint Village website has been a huge success.
We created a Macromedia Flash "LOOKING" website which in fact uses Flash animations where no other alternative is available. For example, the people who move throughout the website are Flash elements. However the main site is a database driven .Net solution. You can pan around the site and discover new areas within the development making the website more interactive and inspiring for the user. The website also has a bespoke designed content management system allowing Ballymore to update the website as and when they need to.
Something you probably won't notice is the site gracefully degrades depending on the applications and settings on your machine. This ensures the user has the best experience without having to download any third party plugins.
High Point Village consists of five individual luxury apartment buildings, accessed via an impressive double height glass and aluminium lobby. High Point Village, Hayes is another outstanding development delivered by Ballymore. "A brand new urban village by the Grand Union Canal"
